Individual Personal Training Monthly Packages
Each package includes a written program for home. Consultation required.
Get a custom plan tailored to your goals and preferences. List your available equipment, & receive a structured plan of 2-7 workouts. If you choose a package with in-person or online sessions, I will take you through the movements you will need for the workouts in our private session(s). Detailed instructions provided with private YouTube channel and text support.
Now that I am a Fascia Alignment Coach, all clients will benefit & receive advice on decompressing the fascia via Block Therapy to create a more holistic approach to their training and tips on postural alignment to ensure training is healthier and more successful.
